Are You Surrounding Yourself with GREAT People?

I had to share this quote with you today. It just really hit home. Truthfully, this is one of the BIGGEST “secrets” of being successful in business and in life.

“I’ve been blessed to find people who are smarter than I am, and they help me to execute the vision I have.” – Russell Simmons

Once I discovered and internalized the fact I didn’t need to do everything myself to have a life of prosperity and abundance, it was such an awakening.

Almost instantly, I stopped being a control freak and saw the big picture.

Many times we, as business owners, get stuck on the “how is it going to get done” instead of focusing on bringing key, intelligent players aboard to handle stuff we’re not good at.

It’s important to strengthen your strengths and delegate your weaknesses, not the other way around.

Piggy-back on the specialized knowledge of others in order to fast-track your growth and dramatically improve your results.

Here’s another favorite quote of mine that resonates true:

“The only thing that’s keeping you from getting what you want is the story you keep telling yourself. What we can or cannot do, what we consider possible or impossible, is rarely a function of our true capability. It is more likely a function of our beliefs about who we are.” – Tony Robbins

What story are you telling yourself each day? Also, are you committed to surrounding yourself with GREAT people that will help you execute your vision?

If not, what are you waiting for?

Success is ridiculously difficult to achieve alone. To learn everything necessary and become an experience-based expert in all aspects of business, marketing, and communication would take a lifetime.
