Thanks for the post Matthew. I used the chat function a bunch when I first started using Facebook. After watching your video I realized I have gotten away from using it and should start once again. Thanks for the tip!

Great idea, Matthew! I have a question for you. It appears that you were referring to your “personal profile” in the video. Do you subscribe to the notion that your personal profile should be used to communicate with family, friends, school buddies, etc. and that a Facebook “page” should
be used for promoting your business or whatever it is that you have to promote? I guess the point being that with a very active personal profile that is mixed with business contacts, it might be easy to miss posts by family and friends.I guess it’s kind of technical, but I can also see the idea behind keeping things separate. Your thoughts?

Thanks for the FB tip Matt. Question for you. Any tips with how to actually attract prospective patients on FB? I have a bunch of friends on FB. Some of those people are old high school friends, some are people I interact with now, and some are just people that FB suggested I friend because we have 50 friends in common or whatever. I have actually gotten some biz from FB but it’s been very hit or miss. Is there a way to search for people that live or work in my local area? Or maybe even biz owners within my area? (Uptown Minneapolis, MN)

    Thanks Matt
