Dr. Len is now the CEO of <a title=\"http:\/\/www.pro2pronetwork.com\" href=\"http:\/\/www.pro2pronetwork.com\">http:\/\/www.pro2pronetwork.com<\/a>)<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n<p>It is likely that you are unaware of how many potential patients call your office and ask typical \u201cshopper\u201d questions in order to decide whether they should become your patient.<\/p>\n<p>Most chiropractors assume that their staff knows exactly how to answer those calls and that they routinely convert <a href=\"https:\/\/dcincome.com\/blog\/ \"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright  wp-image-5736\" style=\"border: 5px solid white; margin: 5px;\" title=\"Dr Len Schwartz\" src=\"https:\/\/dcincome.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/04\/Dr-Len-Schwartz.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"145\" height=\"160\" \/><\/a>those potential patients into active patients.<\/p>\n<p>If you have made this assumption of your staff, prepare to be shocked!<\/p>\n<p>When was the last time you had a friend or family member call your office and \u201ctest\u201d the person who answers the phone by asking typical \u201cshopper\u201d questions?<\/p>\n<p>If the answer is, \u201cNever!\u201d\u2026get ready to change that today!<\/p>\n<p>Create a list of the ten most FAQs someone might have if they called your office looking to use your chiropractic services\/products.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Some examples include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. What does a chiropractor do?<br \/>\n2. How will the chiropractor fix my _________?<br \/>\n3. Why doesn&#8217;t the chiropractor use medication?<br \/>\n4. Can I only come in one time?<br \/>\n5. Do I have to come in forever?<br \/>\n6. Does my insurance cover this?<br \/>\n7. How much will it cost me if my insurance doesn&#8217;t cover this?<br \/>\n8. Will he be cracking my back?<br \/>\n9. How long will it take to fix this?<br \/>\n10. Do I have to pay on my first visit?<br \/>\n11. How much is my first visit?<\/p>\n<p>Then, have someone your staff does not know call and ask your questions.<\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll want feedback on how effectively they answered the questions, as well as the staff members demeanor, attitude, willingness to help, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Plus, you&#8217;ll soon realize the need to put a formal FAQ Shopper training guide in place so that your staff knows how to answer those questions, the same way, every time. This is how you guarantee the right responses \/ answers and, of course, your best shot at securing the majority of those &#8220;shoppers&#8221; as new patients.<\/p>\n<p>This is an effort you want to put in place immediately. And, you should test your staff on a regular basis. I recommend every 6 to 8 weeks!<\/p>\n<p>Finally, track your stats.
