I’ve been doing the things you’ve taught me, and I’m consistently all over page 1 of Google, Yahoo & Bing. You rock! Many thanks for your wisdom.

Today, I got a call from the online yellow pages (DexKnows.com / yp.com) where my rankings are not good at all. Of course, they’d like to sell me a package to get me listed higher there, although they can’t promise how high.
The sales rep claims that hundreds of people every month go to yp.com (not Google) to search for a Chiropractor. Is this true? If so, is this something I can improve upon myself, is it something your service can help with, or do I need to hire the phone company?

That’s great, Dr. Todd! You will find consumers that have transitioned from the offline yellow pages to YP online but sales reps always inflate the numbers. The more you pay them, the higher you rank with directories like those. That’s really the big factor. Based on my research and speaking to thousands of doctors / professionals, I’m certainly not convinced they’re bringing massive traffic and NP’s to chiropractors.
