Automated Chiropractic Marketing with Ping.fm

In the spirit of automated chiropractic marketing and making things easier when it comes to leveraging your presence on social media, I want to let you in on a very powerful tool. Social media and web 2.0 does not have to be as time consuming as many have been lead to believe. I find many chiropractors are already on the computer at least an hour each day so what we want to do is turn that into productive time for your practice branding.
The time-saving website I want to share with you is called Ping.fm. It’s a simple service that makes updating your social networks like Facebook, Friendfeed, Twitter, and many others a snap. You can literally do this with a couple of minutes and a few clicks of mouse! If you want to update your status all you need to do is I just click statuses and type the message there, then ping it. That massively propagates these individual comments to all websites that are listed so you don’t have to log-in every single time to each social network.

I have received your marketing material and have a strong interest in buying your material. The only thing holding me back is that I am a complete computer illiterate and have serious concerns about the time it would require to implement your program. In one place you mention spending 20 minutes per day and in another you mention spending 30 minutes per day on your system. I have to wonder if it would take me 1 1/2 to 2 hours per day. As an example, in November, 2008 I recorded a video about my spinal decompression machine to upload to my youtube site. Now, several hour worth of effort and numerous suggestions from supposed computer literates later, I still have not been able to upload the video. With that history, I am concerned that I could implement your program. A prompt response before your twitter expires would sincerely be appreciated.
