Adwords express has been pretty good to use, especially for the basic chiropractic search terms. We also do some more in depth Adwords strategies that are working even better as far as attracting new patients with little to no competition in some cases.

When I log into my Google Places account, there is only 2 tabs: dashboard and offers.
any idea why this would be??
