Hey Matt – Ive been wondering about this. I hosted a radio show on a local station for about two years before calling it quits. Dont we need permission from CBS, ABC or a local radio station to use their logo and say “as seen on…”? My shows are still archived on their site but I am no longer on the show. Insight?

Hey Paul… You were actually on the show, so I couldn’t imagine there would be a problem with featuring the logo on your site. Worst case scenario, they’d tell you to remove it if there was an issue. I wouldn’t count on that happening, though. Talk soon.

Good stuff Matt. Can you give me a link of a chiropractic website that has these things so I can see where they placed them and how it looks?
